Sephora Inventory Control Associate role in Olive Branch, MS. Full-time distribution center position with $19.10–$20.45/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform overflow and cycle counts, researching missing products and handling damaged goods per company and vendor agreements
- Conduct quality audits on packed orders to ensure adherence to Company standards
- Respond to co-worker inquiries regarding product location and inventory status
- Execute slotting and cubiscan activities to support Retail Operations efficiency
- Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags for seasonal and marketing initiatives
- Inventory and track samples for Dotcom and direct-to-consumer fulfillment
- Maintain assigned warehouse areas per established Company standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Comply with all OSHA, state, and Company safety regulations; report violations to supervisory personnel
- Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain strict attendance standards
- Perform RF terminal operations to accurately track product movement and location within the warehouse
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with Company standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software or experience with menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF (Radio Frequency) terminals
- Basic mathematics skills with accuracy in numerical matching and counting
- Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, walk, and remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
Skills
Experience
Previous experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred. Entry-level candidates with foundational inventory control or warehouse operations background are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent required.
