Sephora Inventory Control Associate, Mississippi Distribution Center—warehouse role managing inventory accuracy, product tracking, and order audits. $19.10–$20.45/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct overflow and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
- Research and locate missing products to support order fulfillment
- Handle damaged products according to company and vendor agreements
- Respond to colleague inquiries regarding product location and status
- Audit packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations
- Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags
- Inventory and track samples for direct-to-consumer orders
- Maintain assigned work areas according to established standard operating procedures
- Adhere to all Company, state, and OSHA safety policies and regulations
- Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Support distribution center shipping and receiving workflows
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with WMS software or menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals
- Competency with basic mathematics
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Capacity to work independently and multi-task
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
