Sephora Inventory Control Associate position in Olive Branch, MS. Full-time warehouse role managing inventory, counts, and quality audits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts, investigation of missing product, and handling of damaged merchandise in accordance with company and vendor agreements
- Respond to colleague inquiries regarding product location and inventory status
- Conduct audits on packed orders to verify compliance with company quality standards
- Execute slotting and cubiscan activities in support of Retail Operations
- Assemble special promotional packages and gift sets
- Inventory and track samples designated for e-commerce orders
- Maintain assigned work areas per established standard operating procedures
- Enforce all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations, reporting violations to supervisory personnel
- Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and maintain appropriate work attire
- Sustain regular attendance and adapt to flexible scheduling and overtime as operationally required
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with WMS software or previous experience with menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, squat, and walk throughout the shift
- Basic mathematical proficiency and numerical matching capability

Beginner level; previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
