Sephora seeks an Inventory Control Associate at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. Full-time position paying $18.00–$19.25/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory control activities to maintain product accuracy across receiving, picking, packing, replenishment and shipping operations, including overflow and cycle counts.
- Research and reconcile missing or misdirected product for orders, and handle damaged product in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
- Operate RF terminals and WMS to track location and status of inventory; perform slotting and Cubiscan activities to optimize warehouse layouts.
- Audit packed orders to ensure quality standards and order accuracy per company procedures.
- Assemble promotional packages, gift bags and Dotcom sample kits; inventory and track samples for online orders.
- Perform area maintenance and housekeeping to established standard operating procedures; report safety and loss-prevention issues to leadership.
- Provide high-quality internal customer service by responding to queries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
- Adhere to shift schedules, work overtime as required, and pro-actively follow direction from shift coordinators and management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS software and ability to operate RF terminals; experience with Cubiscan or similar slotting tools is a plus.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to match and reconcile numbers.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and solve operational problems under supervision.
- Capacity to stand, walk, squat and lift repeatedly during a shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as operational needs require.

Experience
Entry-level; previous distribution/warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
