Sephora — Inventory Control Associate in Olive Branch, MS (Mississippi Distribution Center). Full-time warehouse role, $18.00–$19.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute inventory control tasks including cycle/overflow counts, discrepancy research, and resolution of missing product to maintain DC inventory integrity.
- Audit packed orders to ensure quality and accuracy according to company standards and loss-prevention policies.
- Operate RF terminals and WMS-driven processes to receive, pick, pack, replenish and ship product efficiently.
- Perform slotting and Cubiscan activities, assemble promotional packages and track Dotcom samples.
- Maintain warehouse area standards and follow OSHA and company safety procedures; report safety or loss-prevention incidents.
- Provide internal customer service and respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management; work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained physical activity (standing, walking, squatting) for a full shift.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
- Flexible availability to work assigned shifts and overtime as operational needs require.

Entry-level role; previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred but not required. Candidate should be able to demonstrate basic warehouse processes, inventory counting and problem-solving in a DC environment.
