Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory control activities such as overflow and cycle counts.
  • Research missing products for orders and handle damaged products according to company/vendor agreements.
  • Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
  • Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
  • Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
  • Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
  • Maintain area cleanliness and organization according to company SOPs.
  • Follow all safety rules and report violations to supervisory personnel.
  • Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
  • Ensure regular attendance and flexibility in work schedule, including overtime as needed.
  • Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly. Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers. Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to work independently and with attention to detail. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
