Role & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts, and research missing products for orders.
- Handle damaged products in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
- Respond to inquiries from colleagues regarding product location and status.
- Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
- Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
- Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
- Maintain area cleanliness per established company standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations, including proper work attire.
- Report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel.
- Comply with all company loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, USA, with easy access to Memphis.
Compensation
Starting base pay is $18.00-$19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
