Role & Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship Sephora products according to established company procedures and production rates
• Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish inventory in the warehouse system
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company loss prevention policies to maintain a secure work environment
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible work schedules as required by operational needs
• Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management personnel
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
• Cross-train across receiving, pick, pack, put-away, and shipping processes to support diverse operational needs

Qualifications

• Ability to operate RF terminals and work with warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with menu-driven applications or warehouse information systems
• Basic mathematics skills and ability to accurately match and verify numbers
• Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a scheduled shift
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with a positive, enthusiastic demeanor
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions
• Ability to learn warehouse layout and understand broader business functions

Skills

Experience

Beginner level; prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with warehouse operations or inventory management systems is beneficial.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
