Inventory Control Associate position at Sephora's Avon, IN distribution center. Full-time role starting at $20.10–$21.50/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and research of missing product for orders
- Handle damaged product per company and vendor agreements
- Respond to co-worker inquiries regarding product location and status
- Conduct quality audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with company standards
- Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations
- Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags
- Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders
- Maintain assigned area per established company operating procedures
- Adhere to all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules and report violations
- Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and work flexible schedules as needed
- Respond proactively to direction from Shift Coordinators and management
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software or menu-driven applications
- Ability to operate RF terminals
- Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to match numbers accurately
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
Skills
Experience
Previous experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred. Entry-level candidates with foundational understanding of inventory control principles are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.10 to USD 21.50 per hour.
