Sephora Inventory Control Associate, full-time warehouse role in Avon, IN. Receive, pick, pack, and ship beauty products. $19.00/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and organize product according to established warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Pick, pack, prepare, and ship Sephora orders for retail stores and online customers using WMS systems
- Operate RF terminals to receive, pick, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
- Maintain adherence to all Company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and loss prevention policies
- Execute cross-functional assignments in receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping based on operational needs
- Ensure regular attendance and maintain flexibility for assigned shifts and overtime as requested
- Provide quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, management, and departmental personnel
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Physical capability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience with menu-driven applications
- Basic mathematical proficiency and ability to accurately match numerical data
- Capacity to be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level warehouse operations experience or willingness to be trained on warehouse procedures and systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Avon, Indiana, USA, with easy access to Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 19 per hour.
