Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity across receiving, picking, packing, replenishment and shipping operations through cycle counts, overflow counts and audits.
• Research and locate missing product for customer and internal orders; investigate inventory discrepancies and execute corrective actions per SOPs.
• Handle damaged product in accordance with company and vendor agreements and Loss Prevention procedures.
• Perform slotting, Cubiscan and other space-optimization activities to support Retail Operations.
• Audit packed orders to ensure quality standards and accuracy prior to shipment.
• Assemble promotional packages, gift bags and inventory/track samples for Dotcom orders.
• Operate WMS and RF terminals to track product movement and execute inventory transactions.
• Perform area maintenance and adhere to all Company, OSHA and safety policies; report safety or loss-prevention concerns.
• Maintain scheduled attendance, work assigned shifts and overtime as required; provide high-quality internal customer service to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant aptitude considered.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Familiarity with WMS or other menu-driven warehouse applications and RF terminal operation.
• Basic math competence, strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance, flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime, and the capacity to follow direction from leadership.

Experience

Entry-level role; previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse is preferred but not required. Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding tasks and shift-based schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.10 to USD 21.50 per hour.
