Sephora Melbourne (Eastland) seeks a Part‑Time Stockroom Assistant—inventory control, SAP experience. Up to AUD 28.08/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage receipt, processing and dispatch of merchandise to maintain accurate stock levels in the store back‑of‑house.
  • Perform cycle counts and support periodic stocktakes to reconcile inventory and resolve discrepancies.
  • Execute shipping, returns and transfer paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operate inventory systems and collaborate with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies.
  • Control all stock movements in and out of the store and ensure back‑of‑house processes meet operational standards.
  • Support the store team during peak trading periods and provide ad hoc assistance to front‑of‑house as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous stockroom, inventory or back‑of‑house experience in a fast‑paced multi‑store retail environment.
  • Practical experience using SAP for stock management is preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift and move boxes up to 15 kg; sound manual handling technique.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate completion of paperwork and inventory records.
  • Availability across key trading times including late nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Entry‑level role; candidates should have prior retail stockroom or inventory experience. Practical familiarity with SAP and experience in cycle counts or stocktakes is highly desirable.
