Sephora Melbourne (Northland) seeks a part-time Stockroom Assistant; inventory control, SAP preferred, up to $28.08/hr + super and loading.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back‑of‑house inventory operations including shipping, receiving and returns to ensure timely flow of merchandise.
- Perform and document cycle counts and assist with periodic stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Control stock movements into and out of the store, ensuring proper labelling, storage and organisation of merchandise.
- Complete all inventory paperwork and system updates promptly and accurately to support store operations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and loss prevention teams to support shrinkage control and stock integrity procedures.
- Assist the sales team as required to enable exceptional in‑store customer experiences during peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Previous stockroom, inventory or receiving experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑serving retail environment.
- Practical experience using SAP for inventory or stock management preferred.
- Sufficient physical fitness for regular manual handling and lifting of boxes up to 15 kg.
- Availability across core trading times, including late nights and weekends (peak trade Thurs–Sun); ability to provide five full days across key trading times is desirable.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail inventory, stockroom operations or a similar fast‑paced retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
