Sephora Melbourne (Doncaster) seeks a Part‑Time Stockroom Assistant — inventory control, SAP experience required. Up to AUD $28.08/hr + super.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and record incoming shipments; manage returns and ensure accurate paperwork for all stock movements.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in store stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate and maintain back-of-house processes to ensure timely replenishment and merchandising support for the sales floor.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and loss-prevention teams to implement stock control and shrinkage-reduction measures.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and assist store management with inventory reporting and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' stock or inventory experience in a fast-paced, multi-store retail environment.
- Proven practical experience using SAP for inventory or stock-management tasks.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and move boxes up to 15 kg safely and repeatedly.
- Availability to work peak trading times (notably Thursday–Sunday) including late-night and weekend shifts as required.

Experience
At least 3 years' hands-on experience managing stockroom operations or inventory control within a busy retail environment, ideally in beauty or fashion retail.
Education
No formal tertiary qualification required; secondary school completion (or equivalent) preferred. Certificate-level training in logistics, warehousing or retail operations is advantageous.
