Sephora — Internal Communications Assistant (OneTech, Apprenticeship) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. Support OneTech internal comms and create digital content in a hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design and targeting of OneTech internal communication plans, adapting messages to diverse internal audiences and selecting appropriate channels.
  • Produce and deploy engaging digital communication assets (videos, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, documentation, FAQs) that simplify complex Tech topics and reinforce employee understanding.
  • Coordinate the execution of communication activities to meet timelines and quality standards, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia to translate roadmaps into timely, clear and locally relevant communication materials.
  • Manage community engagement initiatives to animate and grow an internal Tech community across Sephora.
  • Conduct benchmarking and maintain watch on communication tools and innovations from other LVMH maisons relevant to Sephora.
  • Measure and report on communication impact by collecting feedback and analysing key performance indicators to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+4/5 programme (Engineering school, Business school or University) with specialization in Communication, Organisational Change, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of communication principles and change-management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to create clear, persuasive content and user-centric documentation.
  • Comfortable producing digital assets and basic video content; familiarity with video/storyboard formats and multimedia sequencing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build trust and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple deliverables against deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to collect, interpret and act on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Genuine interest in Tech and Digital topics and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good command of English, written and spoken.

Experience

Entry-level / apprenticeship: suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior internship experience in internal communications, digital content or change communications is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Engineering, Business, Communications, Organisational Change or a related discipline.
