Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end organisation of internal events and corporate moments at Sephora’s global headquarters, including calendar management, logistical coordination and liaison with external suppliers.
- Coordinate regional corporate events for Europe & Middle East (e.g., Annual Party, quarterly Connect sessions): participant management, on-site logistics and vendor coordination.
- Create and adapt content for internal communications and event invitations, including written copy, visual assets and support for video shoots.
- Maintain and curate the internal visual asset library to ensure accessibility and brand consistency across communications.
- Collaborate with brand partners and internal stakeholders to align event objectives, timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to internal communication campaigns by drafting materials, preparing briefings and supporting distribution across internal channels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent university degree.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Beginner level: current Master’s student or recent graduate. Prior internships or practical experience in communications or event coordination are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrollment in a Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
