Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly financial closing activities in collaboration with operational and accounting teams.
- Ensure the reliability of financial data through coordination with the IT department.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to understand costs and record accounting entries.
- Draft monthly commentary on all management costs for the IT department.
- Prepare materials and present results at monthly closing meetings.
- Coordinate with operational teams to manage OPEX and CAPEX by nature.
- Analyze variances in actual and forecast phases.
- Support IT operational managers in analyzing their budget lines.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management.
- Participate in the financial management of strategic projects related to digital transformation.
- Contribute to process optimization and improvement of reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or gap year in business school or university with a specialization in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
- Curious, motivated, dynamic, and rigorous with excellent communication skills.
