Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by setting a performance and service example that elevates the customer experience and drives sales
- Coach, mentor and develop employees through ongoing feedback, training and performance reviews to strengthen individual and team capability
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards and procedures
- Deliver personalized product recommendations and uphold clienteling initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Contribute to store performance by executing brand initiatives, promoting loyalty programs and achieving sales targets
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where team members feel empowered and accountable
- Maintain flexible availability and punctuality during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment
- Proven track record in sales and customer service with the ability to inspire a team to meet targets
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills with experience delivering on-the-job training and development
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
- Physically able to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; ideally includes at least 2 years in a leadership role within retail, hospitality or service environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The role is situated in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada — conveniently close to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour.
