Sephora Canada — Interim Team Leader in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Lead retail team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. Hourly CAD 21.10–26.40.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by setting a performance and service example that elevates the customer experience and drives sales
  • Coach, mentor and develop employees through ongoing feedback, training and performance reviews to strengthen individual and team capability
  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards and procedures
  • Deliver personalized product recommendations and uphold clienteling initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Contribute to store performance by executing brand initiatives, promoting loyalty programs and achieving sales targets
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where team members feel empowered and accountable
  • Maintain flexible availability and punctuality during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or service environment
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service with the ability to inspire a team to meet targets
  • Strong coaching and interpersonal skills with experience delivering on-the-job training and development
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
  • Physically able to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg

Experience
