Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Enhance store performance by fostering strong customer engagement and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Support team success through continuous feedback and development to improve performance.
- Facilitate training and development in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
- Assist in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards.
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Ensure availability during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 22.7 kg.

Experience
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a leadership role within retail, hospitality, or service industries.

Compensation
