The Interim Team Lead at Sephora leads and develops store teams, elevates client experiences, drives sales performance, and supports onboarding, daily operations, inventory, and visual merchandising. This is a permanent, full-time position in Nanaimo; compensation is CAD 22.85–28.55 per hour, with final pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members, coaching and empowering them to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
- Contribute to store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
- Assist with daily operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered, and foster teamwork.
- Uphold company policies and help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours and be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
