Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales objectives
- Drive store-wide performance by fostering strong client engagement, demonstrating deep product knowledge, and providing personalized recommendations
- Support continuous team growth through constructive feedback and performance coaching
- Facilitate staff training and development across service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operational activities including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard compliance
- Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative team environment where every member feels valued and accountable
- Maintain punctuality and availability during peak retail periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments
- Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire teams toward objective achievement

- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
