Sephora seeks Interim Store Lead in Vaughan, Canada. Lead team, drive sales, and elevate client experiences in this full-time retail leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development initiatives
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning programs in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Maintain store standards and uphold company policies
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members feel empowered
  • Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain flexibility for peak retail operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments

Experience
