Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to elevate individual and team performance
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
- Execute daily retail operations and uphold Sephora policies and procedures
- Foster an inclusive, empowered workplace culture
- Ensure punctuality, consistent attendance, and flexibility to cover peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Quick learner with strong product knowledge absorption and training capability
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
