Sephora Canada seeks an Interim Store Lead in Saskatoon to lead the team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service, coaching daily, and driving a client-first sales culture.
  • Coach, develop and provide ongoing feedback to team members to elevate individual and collective performance against sales and KPI targets.
  • Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Uphold company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that supports onboarding, continuous learning, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail, hospitality or service environments, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated client-facing excellence.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and able to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable punctuality and flexible availability for retail peak periods.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in retail, hospitality or service, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role and a proven record of achieving sales targets through coaching and client engagement.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, business or beauty/cosmetology is an asset.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
