Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team by modeling exceptional client service and driving a client-first sales culture.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members through ongoing feedback, product training and performance conversations.
- Drive store performance and sales results through expert product knowledge, personalized client recommendations and targeted clienteling.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to company standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for service excellence, loyalty program activation and brand campaigns.
- Manage scheduling reliability and ensure adequate coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold health, safety and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment (preference for 3+ years).
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays and maintain consistent punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments with a demonstrable track record of coaching teams to achieve sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certification in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
