Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower staff to excel in service excellence and product knowledge
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement and personalized product recommendations
- Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate individual and team performance
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in loyalty programs and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operational tasks including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Maintain store standards and company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment
