Sephora Calgary seeks an Interim Store Lead (CAD $20–$23.55/hr) to inspire teams, drive performance, and deliver exceptional beauty retail experiences. Full-time, permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets through coaching and collaborative engagement
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty recommendations
- Coach and develop team members by providing ongoing feedback, support for onboarding, and continuous learning in service excellence and loyalty programs
- Execute daily operational duties including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards and cleanliness
- Promote an inclusive, empowering workplace culture where team members feel supported and valued
- Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and standards to maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment
- Support peak retail operations including flexible scheduling during nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments
- Proven ability to coach, inspire, and guide teams toward performance goals
- Strong sales and client service acumen with excellent communication skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Ability to absorb and share product knowledge and beauty expertise with team members
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility for peak retail scheduling
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments, with demonstrated success coaching teams and driving sales performance.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20 to CAD 23.55 per hour.
