Role & Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales and payroll with the District Manager to drive store results and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Achieve store sales plans and operating profit targets while managing expenses and adjusting business strategies as needed
  • Develop growth strategies leveraging customer loyalty programs, events, product knowledge, and beauty services
  • Maintain optimum staffing levels while recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel across all store positions
  • Train, coach, and supervise department managers and leads to develop their leadership and business capabilities
  • Establish a coaching culture with regular acknowledgment of successes and constructive feedback on development opportunities
  • Conduct inventories, maintain accurate inventory records, and communicate concerns to key stakeholders
