Sephora Interim Sales and Service Leader – Full-time hourly position in New York (750 Lexington Ave). Lead beauty advisors, drive client loyalty. $28–$32/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Sephora's sales and service experiences to meet brand standards
  • Lead, coach, and support team members including Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors
  • Execute client service model and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Monitor and support client loyalty programs and services, tracking relevant KPIs
  • Ensure store compliance with Sephora operational and visual merchandising standards
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize coverage during peak retail hours
  • Maintain a professional and inclusive retail environment reflecting Sephora's brand values

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services
