Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store location.
- Ensure effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including the training of the Coordinator, Beauty Studio.
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store client experiences.
- Manage the Online Reservation system to optimize Beauty Advisors' availability and class scheduling.
- Coordinate in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
- Facilitate the training and development of Beauty Advisors, focusing on skill enhancement and certification processes.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors to ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
