Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives
- Coach and empower staff through ongoing feedback and development initiatives to elevate performance
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized beauty consultations
- Manage daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and brand standard compliance
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and product expertise
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members feel empowered and valued
- Maintain flexible scheduling and availability during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven track record of coaching and inspiring teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting

Experience
