Sephora Interim Lead position in London, Ontario—lead beauty retail team, drive sales, and mentor staff in full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
- Coach and empower team members through ongoing feedback and development initiatives
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standard compliance
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members feel valued and empowered
- Maintain Sephora standards and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexible scheduling availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
- Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
- Strong sales and client service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic retail environments
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge

Experience
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment, with proven ability to coach, inspire, and develop team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
