Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to motivate and coach the store team, promoting high standards of client service and sales performance.
- Drive revenue through expert client engagement, personalized recommendations and achievement of sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development plans to elevate individual and team performance.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning on product knowledge, loyalty programs and service excellence.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and loss-prevention practices.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where all team members feel empowered and supported.
- Maintain flexible availability to cover peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality or service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

- Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and adapting to change.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and support merchandising tasks.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
