Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives
  • Coach and empower staff to elevate performance through ongoing feedback and professional development
  • Drive store performance through strong client engagement, product expertise, and personalized recommendations
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture where team members feel valued and empowered
  • Uphold Sephora policies and maintain safe, enjoyable shopping experiences for clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
