Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives
- Coach and empower staff to elevate performance through ongoing feedback and professional development
- Drive store performance through strong client engagement, product expertise, and personalized recommendations
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture where team members feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora policies and maintain safe, enjoyable shopping experiences for clients

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service environment
