Sephora Canada seeks Interim Client Experience Manager in Langley, BC. 12-month contract managing beauty services, events, and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio and coordinate all services-related activities
- Train and develop Beauty Advisors, manage certifications, and elevate artistry skills across the services team
- Oversee online reservation systems, publish Beauty Advisor availability, and optimize client check-in processes
- Plan, staff, and execute all in-store events and classes to maximize client learning and sales opportunities
- Manage team performance and provide timely feedback for improvement; participate in performance management situations
- Ensure Beauty Advisors leverage technology innovations to deliver elevated in-store client experiences
- Serve as Manager on Duty as required; engage directly with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience managing a similar role at a high-volume beauty retail or Sephora location
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders who can train and drive sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence business partners at all organizational levels
