Sephora seeks an Intellectual Property Law intern for a 6-month internship at its Neuilly-sur-Seine office, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in securing marketing projects and communications from an intellectual property perspective, including prior art searches and validation of campaign materials
- Contribute to the management and administration of Sephora's intellectual property asset portfolio, including trademarks, design registrations, and domain names
- Participate in protection and enforcement activities for the company's IP assets, including global trademark monitoring, online surveillance, and social media oversight
- Conduct legal research, jurisprudence analysis, and IP law updates; prepare legal memos and opinions on various matters
- Support the department in responding to IP inquiries, infringement notices, and regulatory correspondence
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a Master's 2 in Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
- Proactive approach with capacity for autonomous initiative
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative attitude

Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; enrollment in or completion of a Master's 2 programme in Intellectual Property Law is essential. Familiarity with IP concepts including trademark registration, copyright protection, design rights, and domain name management is advantageous.
Education
Master's 2 (Bac+5) in Intellectual Property Law, or equivalent qualification such as CEIPI certification.
