Sephora seeks an Intellectual Property Law intern for a 6-month internship at its Neuilly-sur-Seine office, starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in securing marketing projects and communications from an intellectual property perspective, including prior art searches and validation of campaign materials
  • Contribute to the management and administration of Sephora's intellectual property asset portfolio, including trademarks, design registrations, and domain names
  • Participate in protection and enforcement activities for the company's IP assets, including global trademark monitoring, online surveillance, and social media oversight
  • Conduct legal research, jurisprudence analysis, and IP law updates; prepare legal memos and opinions on various matters
  • Support the department in responding to IP inquiries, infringement notices, and regulatory correspondence

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holder of a Master's 2 in Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI or equivalent)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
