Role & Responsibilities

• Support operational management for influencer and PR initiatives: place product orders for HQ and affiliate countries, coordinate shipments (France and USA) and manage country requests related to press days, gifting and PR kits.
• Own parts of the organic strategy — design concepts for PR/kits, draft creative briefs, order and follow production, ensure delivery to markets and produce post-operation reporting for France and other territories.
• Consolidate performance analysis for influencer and PR activity using campaign tracking: evaluate paid campaigns, seedings, macro- and micro-influence initiatives and events to produce actionable insights.
• Contribute to the development of Earned and Paid influencer strategies at international level for product launches: perform benchmarks, select talent profiles for France and global markets, draft briefs for local teams and agencies, and research content trends.
• Assist with planning and on-site coordination of influencer-facing events (receptions, product launches, press days, shootings), including influencer welcome and logistical follow-through.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+3/4/5 (Bachelor’s or Master’s) program in Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high degree of rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear briefs and reports.
• Service-oriented, responsive, autonomous and adept at prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in beauty, social media and influencer ecosystems; ability to adapt messaging to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Experience

Beginner — suitable for a student or recent graduate entering an apprenticeship; prior internships in communications, influencer marketing or PR are advantageous but not required.

Education

Enrolled in a Bac+3/4/5 (undergraduate or graduate) programme in Communication, Marketing or a related discipline.
