Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing & Communications Purchasing and Operations team in defining category strategy through quantitative data analysis.
- Prepare strategic recommendations and presentation materials (PowerPoint) for stakeholders.
- Manage operational purchase activities including the preparation, launch and follow-up of RFPs: briefing, negotiation and 360° evaluation (cost, quality, lead times, CSR).
- Execute SRM activities: supplier sourcing, onboarding/reference, and maintenance of the supplier database.
- Contribute to CSR (RSE) and innovation monitoring and translate findings into actionable pilots for assigned categories.
- Provide ad hoc project support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the indirect procurement scope.
Qualifications

- Excellent written communication and orthographic precision.
- Fluent English (explicitly required).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident user of Outlook and PowerPoint.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for a candidate at the start of their professional career or currently enrolled in an apprenticeship programme; prior internships or initial exposure to procurement, supplier relations or marketing operations are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in procurement, supply chain, business, marketing or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship track).
