Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and stock inbound shipments accurately and in compliance with company receiving procedures.
  • Pick, pack, prep and ship orders to retail stores and online customers to meet established production and accuracy metrics.
  • Operate RF terminals and menu-driven warehouse applications to execute receiving, replenishment, picking and put-away tasks.
  • Adhere to company Loss Prevention procedures and report discrepancies or potential shrinkage to supervisory staff.
  • Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules and report unsafe conditions or incidents to leadership.
  • Be cross-trained and flexibly redeployed across receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping functions based on operational needs.
  • Maintain regular attendance, respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or prior experience using menu-driven warehouse applications.
  • Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking and replenishment tasks.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to accurately match numbers and counts.
  • Capacity to be cross-trained across multiple DC functions and adapt to changing operational priorities.
  • Strong teamwork orientation with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, squatting and lifting for the duration of a scheduled shift.

Experience
