Sephora seeks a Seasonal Inbound Warehouse Associate at its Maryland Distribution Center. Full-time role receiving, picking, packing, and shipping beauty products at $18.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and organize product according to established warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Pick, pack, prep, and ship Sephora orders to retail locations and online customers using WMS and RF terminals
- Operate and navigate warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inbound and outbound inventory
- Maintain accurate product matching and inventory counts using basic mathematical skills
- Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping departments as operational needs require
- Follow all OSHA, company, and state safety regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, management, and departmental leadership
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to flexible scheduling including overtime as requested
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, lift, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Basic math skills and demonstrated ability to match numbers accurately
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, RF terminals, or menu-driven applications preferred
- Ability to work effectively in moderate but varying temperature and humidity conditions in warehouse environments
- Positive, enthusiastic demeanor and strong teamwork orientation
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required; familiarity with picking procedures or warehouse layout a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 18.50 per hour.
