Sephora in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an Image Communication Assistant (alternance) — 12–24 month apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 supporting shoots, asset delivery and production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the production of visual content: prepare briefs for external suppliers (directors, photographers, production agencies, makeup artists, casting directors).
- Participate in casting sessions and coordinate casting logistics.
- Manage product logistics for shoots and liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure availability and correct handling of items on set.
- Coordinate on‑set activities, including placement of products and verification of make‑up application and visual standards during shoots and recordings.
- Assist with post‑production coordination and follow up with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of final assets.
- Prepare and deliver assets to internal networks and the country platform, ensuring correct rights documentation, naming conventions and metadata.
- Draft briefs for integration of digital assets on country platforms and support asset governance workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) in Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, Production or related field.
- Available for a 12‑ or 24‑month alternance (apprenticeship), starting September 2026.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and procedural rigor.
- Genuine interest and sensitivity to visual imagery, styling and makeup.
- Proactive, dynamic and able to work autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for candidates with little or no professional experience; targeted at Master’s students seeking a 12–24 month alternance. Prior internships in communications, production or visual content are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, Production or equivalent).
Workplace
This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
