Sephora Human Resources Trainee, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — part-time internship supporting recruitment and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Schedule interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Support employee offboarding procedures, including documentation and resignation processes
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in preparing HR reports, leave documentation, and other HR-related administrative materials
- Coordinate with internal departments to support HR operations and ensure timely completion of processes
- Contribute to improving HR workflows by supporting ongoing projects and administrative initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality

Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level experience; recent graduate or currently pursuing final year of studies preferred.
Education
