Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Support the organization of events related to workplace culture and climate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities. Proficient problem-solving skills. Advanced English proficiency.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years in a similar HR Business Partner role is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
