Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team throughout the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new time tracking tool, including data collection, report preparation, and guideline development.
  • Organize and manage administrative HR tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Completion of at least the first four semesters of a relevant study program such as business administration, human resources management, or psychology.
  • Currently in a gap year between a bachelor's and master's degree.

Skills

Precise, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Fluency in German and English. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Experience

Some initial experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant study program.
