Sephora — Neuilly-sur-Seine: HR Controlling Assistant (Alternance) — 12‑month apprenticeship supporting payroll, social reporting and HR controlling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support construction of the revised 2026 workforce payroll and the 2027 payroll budget for Global HQ in close collaboration with HR and Finance partners.
- Monitor and analyse actual payroll and personnel costs for the Global HQ and reconcile figures with corporate finance data.
- Contribute to automation of social reporting and produce monthly and annual French statutory and regulatory reports for Sephora SAS (e.g. Bilan social, equality reporting) in coordination with HR Controlling stakeholders.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations between Core RH figures and the LVMH monthly HR report; analyse variances and prepare responses to group queries.
- Participate in the LVMH annual reporting campaign and liaise with local markets, headquarters teams and Group contacts during the reporting cycle.
- Support deployment of a global HR cost-control project and take part in related project tasks across stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive payroll and personnel data and ensure data integrity in all reporting deliverables.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a bac+4 / bac+5 (Master’s level) in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent programme.
- First professional experience or internships in HR controlling, payroll, financial controlling or HR reporting.
- Operational English: read, spoken and written.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated rigor, discretion and strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and advanced functions).

Entry-level: first relevant professional experience or internships in HR controlling, payroll or financial controlling; suitable for students in a Master’s-level programme seeking a 12‑month alternance.
Education
Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master’s-level) in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or equivalent; candidates enrolled in relevant apprenticeship programmes will be considered.
