Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the annual editorial calendar for HR and brand communications in line with brand news and HR milestones.
  • Draft and produce internal and external content across channels (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, monthly newsletters, intranet articles, digital screens and printed/visual assets).
  • Organize, coordinate and support internal employee events and onboarding activities for Sephora Collection colleagues.
  • Contribute to the employer brand roadmap: propose ideas, execute communications actions and measure basic engagement metrics.
  • Assist the HR team on ad hoc communication, event and project tasks, ensuring consistent brand tone and visual quality.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university Master’s program with a specialization in Communications or equivalent.
  • Interest in Human Resources and employer brand initiatives; eligible for an alternance (work‑study) contract in France.
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to propose creative solutions.
  • Excellent written French and fluent English; strong copywriting and conceptualization skills.
  • Keen visual sensibility, curiosity about social media and strong organisational rigour.

Experience

Entry-level: currently a student in a business school or Master’s programme with prior internships or practical exposure to communications, HR or events considered a plus.

Education

Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (business school / university) with a focus on Communications or a related discipline; eligible for a French alternance (work‑study) contract.
