Sephora is hiring a full-time, permanent HR Business Partner for a hybrid role in San Francisco. The role advises executives on people strategy, leads strategic and tactical HR initiatives, manages a direct report, and supports organizational design, talent development, change management, and compensation practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise executives and leaders on people strategies and provide strategic and tactical HR support aligned with financial and talent goals.
- Manage a direct report.
- Drive change through data-based insights and influence; champion HR and talent initiatives and functional strategy.
- Design efficient organizational structures that support business strategies, including diversity and inclusion.
- Orchestrate and facilitate client-group and executive programs, including assimilations, action planning, succession planning and talent reviews, career conversations, and employee development.
- Coach leaders and employees on policies and procedures, conflict resolution, and change management to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Use appropriate tools to develop and engage leaders, build a diverse talent bench, identify 360-degree assessment and executive coaching needs, and assess team training and leadership development needs.
- Evaluate and provide input on rewards and recognition with cross-functional partners; educate clients on compensation practices and partner with culture and benefits teams to ensure competitive packages.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 135,660 to USD 151,620 per annum.
