HR Business Partner (maternity cover) at Sephora Collection in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. LVMH luxury beauty brand seeks HR generalist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor employee movements and manage recruitment processes in liaison with recruitment teams and managers, including validation of job descriptions and sourcing strategies
- Oversee administrative management of recruitment and lead onboarding processes for new employees
- Identify and support employees in their career development and progression; conduct career interviews and manage internal and Group mobility requests
- Lead collection and validation of training needs in partnership with the Training team; contribute to leadership and manager development programs
- Prepare and manage annual performance and potential review campaigns; ensure smooth execution of appraisals and build succession plans
- Advise and coach managers on team management and handle disciplinary matters; provide support during organizational changes
- Lead and deploy HR projects related to talent development, employer branding, internal communication, and events
- Contribute to Social and Economic Committee (CSE) meetings and maintain regular communication on key HR initiatives
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Human Resources, IEP, university, or business school
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR generalist or in HR development within dynamic environments
- Fluent in English
- Strong observation, adaptability, and collaboration skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Discretion and influence management skills
- Analytical and organized mindset
- Proactive and curious approach to continuous improvement
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or in HR development within dynamic and demanding environments. Experience in luxury retail, beauty, or multinational corporate settings is advantageous.
Education
Higher education degree in Human Resources, IEP (Institut d'Études Politiques), university, or business school.
