Role & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on HR advisory to managers across the assigned perimeter, guiding HR processes and policy interpretation for complex situations.
- Coach leaders to enhance managerial capability and deliver regular performance management conversations and development plans.
- Lead organisational effectiveness initiatives including annual talent calibration, succession planning and identification of high-potential employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the perimeter, including needs assessment, profiling, interviewing and selection.
- Support and drive internal mobility processes and talent development programmes.
- Design and implement employee engagement, culture-strengthening activities and change-management communications.
- Handle employee relations matters, offering pragmatic, compliant solutions that preserve trust and team cohesion.
- Act as a champion for Diversity & Inclusion strategy and related local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR business partner or similar role within medium to large organisations.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in retail or FMCG environments preferred.
- Demonstrable experience coaching managers and supporting leadership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-influence skills across multiple levels.
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced, operational environment.

Experience
Minimum three years in an HRBP or equivalent role, ideally within retail or FMCG and in medium to large organisations; proven track record of supporting managers and driving talent processes.
