Sephora — HR Assistant (Retail apprenticeship) in Lyon Part-Dieu. Support store HR administration, recruitment and scheduling for Sephora's Lyon team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day HR administration for the store: record keeping, contract entry and extensions, and updating internal communications (notice boards).
  • Manage occupational health logistics: schedule medical appointments, coordinate periodic visits and support return-to-work processes for long-term absences.
  • Prepare and maintain team work schedules and staffing plans in collaboration with the Store Director.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment at store level: draft and publish job adverts, pre-screen candidates, present shortlists to store leadership, and conduct phone/video/in-person interviews.
  • Organize and run local recruitment events and maintain relationships with partner schools to source entry-level talent.
  • Act as a point of contact for Store Director and regional HR on people-related queries and local HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 (Master's) programme with a specialisation in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset and a service-oriented approach.
  • Curious, proactive and creative with energy for a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Comfortable using social media and digital tools for candidate sourcing and employer branding.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a changing context.
