Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Director and Regional HR with day-to-day HR administration for store personnel.
- Manage scheduling and publish team rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Coordinate occupational health appointments, periodic medical checks and management of long-term sick leave returns.
- Enter and update employment contracts and contract extensions in HR systems.
- Maintain and update the store noticeboard and local HR documentation.
- Draft and publish job adverts; pre-screen candidates and present shortlisted profiles to store management.
- Organise and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) and manage local recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and training partners to support talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 programme with a specialisation in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a clear customer-service orientation and professional demeanour.
- Proactive, curious and creative mindset with the ability to propose improvements.
- Comfortable with digital channels and social media for employer branding and sourcing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role suitable for candidates at the beginning of their HR career or current Master’s-level students. Previous internships or exposure to retail or HR activities are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 (Master-level) programme specialising in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
Workplace
